About the Author
Bill Aftoora, a master of the culinary arts, learned his love of cooking at an early age from his parents and his extended family of great cooks. His understanding of the importance of offering good foods with great ambiance drove him to develop the delicious, wholesome recipes in this cookbook that both novice and experienced cooks can prepare and enjoy. Through the years, Bill received offers to work as a chef at many restaurants, but opted to spend time perfecting his own original dishes and developing intellectual properties; he has numerous US patents, trademarks and copyrights issued and pending for products and businesses relating to the food and health industries. Bill resides in Cleveland, Ohio, entertaining often for family and friends. He continues to develop tasty new recipes to add to this book while compiling information for his next culinary adventure.
